At Dothan Behavioral Medicine Clinic, we specialize in pediatric behavioral medicine and are committed to providing you and your family with the highest quality outpatient mental health services available in Alabama and beyond. Our fully certified clinicians provide specialized outpatient services for mood or anxiety disorders, ADHD, Learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders and more. As a parent you want the best for your child.
DBMC provides services to thousands of patients from Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Louisiana. Our goal is to provide easy access and quality of care. Our team includes 3 Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, and 10 Licensed Counselors. We offer structured, semi-structured and computerized testing for several behavioral, cognitive and emotional conditions and are proud users of CliniCom, Enlisten, Cogmed and QEEG.
We have expanded our services to include; Applied Behavioral Analysis, Speech and Language assessment and therapy, Auditory Processing Disorder evaluation and treatment and music therapy. Our current building will offer therapy and testing services only. The new building offers medical and research services.
We have used Electronic Health Records for over 10 years. Patients and legally authorized guardians can use our Patient Portal to securely interact with DBMC regarding appointments, medications, records, messages and other issues safely over the web.
